  • 1 Occupant: $25,450 to $40,750 maximum annual household income on select units.
  • 2 Occupants: $29,100 to $46,550 maximum annual household income on select units.
  • 3 Occupants: $32,750 to $52,350 maximum annual household income on select units.
  • 4 Occupants: $36,350 to $58,150 maximum annual household income on select units.
  • 5 Occupants: $39,300 to $62,850 maximum annual household income on select units.
  • 6 Occupants: $42,200 to $67,500 maximum annual household income on select units.

Security Deposits:

  • Refundable Security Deposit: $250 (all unit sizes)
