  • 1 Occupant: $29,050 to $46,480 maximum annual household income on select units.
  • 2 Occupants: $33,200 to $53,120 maximum annual household income on select units.
  • 3 Occupants: $37,350 to $59,760 maximum annual household income on select units.
  • 4 Occupants: $41,450 to $66,320 maximum annual household income on select units.
  • 5 Occupants: $44,800 to $71,680 maximum annual household income on select units.
  • 6 Occupants: $48,100 to $76,960 maximum annual household income on select units.
  • Not all units have rent/income restrictions; please ask for details.

Security Deposits:

  • Refundable Security Deposit: Contact the Leasing Office for Additional Information
  • Non-refundable Pet Fee: $200 per pet (two pets per household, breed and weight restrictions apply)
  • Non-refundable Application Fee: $35 per adult
